Distribution: Very local and not numerous
Habitat: Running waters, such as streams and ditches (Dijkstra, 2006). In the SW Ukraine recorded near fast- or average-flowing rivers, ponds fed by streams; sometimes also found at ditches.
Flight period in the SW Ukraine: Beginning of June – Beginning of September
